EBSI has completed over 20 long term complex projects as of October 2007. Over 90% of these projects were pre-set price, and 99% were completed on schedule and on budget.
RELATED CORPORATE EXPERIENCE - Our ability to provide support is perhaps best demonstrated by descriptions of work performed for our clients. We have provided the descriptions of several projects that are similar in complexity, scope or nature to the support requirements of many organizations.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION COUNCIL - Working as a subcontractor to  Enlightened Inc., EBSI was responsible for testing, quality assurance, and  configuration management for the redesign of the JUSTIS IV system. EBSI also  was responsible for capacity planning and performance testing in addition to integration  testing of external interfaces to the JUSTIS IV system and successfully  implemented software testing and quality assurance/control procedures for the  project. 
          
          
          PENSION BENEFIT GUARANTY CORP.  - EBSI is currently providing on-site systems  and programming services  to the PBGC.  The system is being developed using  Rapid Application  Development methodologies and iterative prototyping. EBSI  is currently responsible for software testing and quality assurance of the  develop systems. Work under this contract is performed through task order  assignment. 
          
          DC Children and Youth  Investment Trust Corporation- Developed the Remembrance and Readiness program  as a commemoration to the September 11 event.   The program was focused on obtaining the awareness of the youth of this  event with their reflections and learning by involving the grantee affiliates  of the DC youth program.  EBSI coordinated  the assembly of various local speakers, and organizations that provided programs  for youth and adults during a two-month period.   An awards ceremony honoring local heroes was provided at the end of the  program.  Coordinated the entire  logistics of the program including facilities, speakers, communications, promotion,  transportation, security, catering, guest lodging, videography.
          
          Educational  and Training Program- Provided a number of events, workshops, training  materials and programs for the development of youth skills and various  initiatives focused on life improvement skills.   EBSI coordinated the assembly of various local and national speakers,  and organizations that provided programs for youth and adults for a number of  government and non-profit organizations.   Coordinated the entire logistics of the program including facilities,  speakers, communications, promotion, transportation, security, catering, guest  lodging.
          
          MCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS - EBSI has  provided a wide range of services for MCI ranging from systems development of  financial applications to performance testing of hardware. EBSI was  instrumental in the development of the very successful Friends and Family  product as well as participating in the development of several efforts using  Information Engineering and Case technology both here in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and in Sacramento California. EBSI's EDP audit capabilities  allowed the nations second largest long distance carrier to realize significant  savings in the cost of data processing operations. 
          
          AMTRAK - EBSI has also  successfully performed several systems development and evaluation tasks for the  nations rail transportation system. EDP audits of financial applications as  well as reviews and evaluations of the corporations data processing off-site  storage facilities were successfully performed. Recommendations and suggestions  resulting from the completion of our audits and reviews contributed to a more  controlled data processing environment for our client. 
          
            FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION - EBSI successfully performed EDP audits of Freddie Mac's  data processing operations. These audits consisted of reviews of financial  applications, off-site storage facilities and change control for version  releases on their mainframe and client server applications. As a  quasi-governmental organization Freddie Mac acts as a financial intermediary  between the nations lending institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank. 
  
  PRUDENTIAL HOME MORTGAGE CORPORATION  - EBSI successfully performed development and testing of several mortgage  related applications for Prudential Home Mortgage using COBOL and EZ-TRIEVE. We  developed several ad-hoc programs which allowed the corporation to extract  mainframe data for use in financial analysis and forecasting. In addition, we  also created applications which allowed tracking of expenditures for income tax  purposes. 
  
          U.S. TREASURY DEPARTMENT - Working as a subcontractor, EBSI was  responsible for testing, configuration auditing and implementation of the STAR  system used to report financial expenditures and year-end budgeting for the  federal government. EBSI consultants worked with government staff in performing  both independent and acceptance testing for the converted system. 
          
          U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - Working as a subcontractor to  Computer Experts, EBSI was responsible for testing, quality assurance, and  configuration management for the redesign of the Guaranteed Student Loan  system. EBSI also was responsible for the integration testing of external  interfaces to the system and successfully implemented software testing and  quality assurance/control procedures for the project. 
          
          QWEST - EBSI was instrumental in leading the Independent Verification  and Validation effort for Y2K remediation for the nations fourth largest  long-distance courier. In addition, EBSI also performed functional and  performance testing for QWEST's Back Office Support System (BOSS) as a system  which provided supply-chain management and E-Commerce capabilities to marketing  personnel. EBSI received the QWEST technology award for this effort.
